Change of Address

If you change name, address or telephone number, please let our Reception team  know by calling or writing to us.  If you have moved outside the Practice area you will need to find a Practice in your new area.  

Disabled Access

There is good access for the disabled to most of our consulting rooms at Menai Bridge and all at Felinheli.  We have a wheelchair available at both sites, this may help if you have problems getting from the car into the waiting room. 

There is a hearing induction loop at both premises. 

All patient information can be made available in large font on request. 

A designated parking bay is also adjacent to both sites. 

Menai Bridge has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.
