Prescriptions

Please send your prescription stub to the surgery by hand, post, fax or through our on-line service.  Mark the stub clearly with what you need.  If you need the form posting, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.  We attempt to prepare repeats within 72 business hours. (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Please order no more than 5 days in advance.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a Doctor or Practice Nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.

Prescriptions at Menai Bridge Surgery will be delivered to the Pharmacy at Menai Bridge unless stated otherwise.
